Sponsored by Mariah Media, Inc. ("Sponsor")

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MUST BE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER. THIS CONTEST IS ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("D.C."). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

To Enter: The Crocs Ultimate Ambassador Contest ("Contest) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST) on April 17, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on July 1, 2007 ("Contest Period"). Write an original essay of five-hundred (500) words (English only) or less, that describes a great Crocs experience along with one (1) color photograph (digital or scanned) as a JPEG or GIF file (400k or less) of yourself in your Crocs. Please submit essay and photo online at www.stay30forever.com or via mail as outlined herein. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address for entire Contest Period regardless of method of entry. Submitted essays and photos will not be acknowledged or returned.

Online Submissions: Visit our website at http://www.stay30forever.com and follow the on-screen instructions for submitting your essay and photograph. Online entries must be received/uploaded no later than July 1, 2007 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. Mail in submissions: Include your name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and daytime telephone number along with a color photo no larger than 8" x 10" (no slides, negatives, transparencies or undeveloped film accepted) of you in your Crocs and an original essay (English only) of five hundred (500) words or less describing a great Crocs experience and mail to "Crocs Ultimate Ambassador" Contest Entries, Att: Lisa Glass, 444 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 520, Chicago, IL 60611. Mail entries must be postmarked by July 2, 2007 and received by July 9, 2007. Person depicted in photograph must be the entrant who must hold all rights to the photograph. Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, incorrect or postage-due mail, entries or other contest materials, all of which are void. Facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Winner will receive one (1) pair of Crocs every month for twelve (12) months and $1,000.00 cash (awarded in the form of a check). The winner may also receive an opportunity to consult on the next line of Crocs footwear, at Sponsors sole discretion. The winning essay and photograph may also be featured on the Crocs website, at Sponsor's sole discretion. Approximate retail value: $1,480.00. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited.

Winner Determination: Judging of all entries will be completed on or about July 16, 2007. Judges will select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received based on the following criteria: 25% originality and creativity of essay, 25% photographic quality, 25% creativity of photograph, and 25% relevance of essay to theme. In the event of a tie, tie breaker will be based upon the highest score in the first judging criteria, continuing thereafter to each judging criteria in order, as needed, to break the tie.

Winner Notification and Prize Restrictions: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by overnight mail and must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability/Publicity and Assignment of Rights within fourteen (14) days of notification (first attempt) or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner at Sponsors' sole discretion. If Grand Prize winner is eighteen (18) years of age, but considered an eligible minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in winner's name to a parent/legal guardian of winner who must execute and return any required documents as noted previously in these rules. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are winner's sole responsibility. If for any reason, prize cannot be awarded as stated herein, Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Eligibility: This contest is open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry except where prohibited. Employees of the following entities and members of their families or households are not eligible for participation under any circumstances: Mariah Media, Inc., Crocs, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiary companies, affiliates, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors or retailers. For purposes of these Rules, "families" is defined as parents, legal guardians, spouses, siblings, children, and "steps" of each. All federal, state and local laws apply.

Limitations on Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, damaged, forged, incomplete, illegible, garbled, or postage-due entries or mail. Sponsor is not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, or network malfunction or error; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug or non-authorized intervention; or (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Contest website. If such malfunction, error, disruption or damage occurs, and impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Contest, Sponsor may, in their sole discretion, suspend or terminate the online portion of the Contest by posting a notice on www.outsideinfo.com. If the Internet portion of the Contest is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine winner from all eligible Internet entries received as of the termination date and all eligible mailed entries received as of the Contest end date. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. By participating in this Contest, entrants hereby agree to release and hold Sponsor and Crocs, Inc., and their respective parent or subsidiary companies, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies ("Promotional Parties"), harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, or judgments arising out of or relating to entrant's entry or participation in this Contest or use or misuse of any prizes awarded hereunder, including any travel related thereto. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Contest and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. "Authorized account subscriber" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

General Conditions: Submission of an entry grants Sponsor, Crocs, Inc., and their agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such entry in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration to the entrant. Submission of any entry further constitutes the entrant's consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor and Crocs, Inc. any all rights, title and interest in the entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights. Entries must be the original work of the entrant; may not have won previous awards; may not have been published previously; must not infringe third-party rights, and must be suitable for publication. Entries may not, in the opinion of the judges, be obscene, libelous, reflect poorly on the Sponsor or Crocs, Inc., or be otherwise inappropriate for use in advertising or for promotional or publicity purposes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and may be used by Sponsor and Crocs, Inc. for any purpose and in any media whatsoever, whether or not now known, without territorial or time limitation and without further compensation to Entrant. Void where prohibited. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No substitution of prize or cash equivalent except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Cash equivalent may be less than the approximate retail value of the prize. Prize is non-transferable except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If for any reason, prize cannot be awarded as stated herein, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor and Crocs, Inc. reserve the right to conduct a background check of any criminal records of the Prize winner. To the extent necessary and permitted by law, Prize winner shall authorize this background check. Sponsors reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify Prize winner from any prize element, based on the background check. By accepting the prize, winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said prize, any and all costs of redemption of said prize and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking said prize. Except where prohibited, acceptance of prize constitutes winner's consent to use of his/her name, likeness and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

GOVERNING LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state of New Mexico.
