2. HOW TO ENTER. To enter: Visit Thule and Outside Magazine's Stay 30 Forever Tour this summer in San Francisco, CA (5/12/07 at the San Francisco Marina Park); Portland, OR (5/19/07 at the Portland Courthouse Square) or Denver, CO (5/26/07 at the Denver Washington Park) and complete an Official Entry form (while supplies last) and deposit it in the entry receptacle provided. Beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. EST you may also enter by going to http://www.stay30forever.com and following the onscreen instructions for entering the Sweepstakes. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EST on 7/01/07. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day of the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" shall be from 12:00:00 AM EST through 11:59:59 PM EST on each date during the Promotion Period. You may obtain a copy of the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes by sending a self addressed stamped envelope to 444 N. Sponsor reserves in its sole discretion to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, fraud, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor, Thule, Inc., Lake Tahoe Visitor's Authority, Colorado Springs CVB, and Pennsylvania Wilds, assume no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder" person in whose name the e-mail account is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these Official Rules. "Authorized Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. 4. PRIZE/ODDS. Winners will be drawn at random from among all eligible entries received by both entry methods combined, on or about July 9, 2007. Winners will receive one (1) of the following three (3) prizes. Prize awarded will be determined at random. THREE (3) PRIZES:

Prize #1: Accommodations for four (4) nights for four (4) people in Colorado Springs, Colorado, including, four (4) passes each to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cave of the Winds, and North Pole - Santa's Workshop. ARV: $750.00. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2007. Prize #2: Accommodations for four (4) nights for four (4) people in a two bedroom, two bathroom town home located at Lakeland Village Beach & Mountain Resort in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Prize includes Four (4) tickets to the Heavenly Mountain Resort Gondola, Four (4) prime-rib dinners at Lakeside Inn & Casino, and a sightseeing cruise with lunch aboard a Lake Tahoe Sternwheeler provided by Lake Tahoe Cruises. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2007. ARV: $2,000.00. Prize #3: Accommodations for four (4) nights for two (2) adults and two (2) children at Pennsylvania Wilds located in north central Pennsylvania, including a wagon ride through the Pine Creek Gorge, star-gazing at Cherry Springs State Park, a tour of the Piper Aviation Museum and an Elk Viewing Tour. All travel must be completed by August 30, 2008. Blackout dates are September and October 2007. ARV: $1,200.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,950.00. Actual value of prizes may vary. Any difference between stated value of prize and actual value will not be awarded. Travel dates all activities/guided tours are subject to availability, black-out dates and certain other restrictions and are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, miscellaneous expenses, taxes and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian, who must be the winner and who must sign a liability/publicity release on behalf of minor. Odds of winning prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by both entry methods combined. Limit (1) prize per household. PRIZES DO NOT INCLUDE AIR OR GROUND TRANSPORTATION.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Winners will be notified by e-mail, mail, or phone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a winner is eighteen (18) years old, but considered a minor in their state of residence, prize may be awarded on minor's behalf to a parent/legal guardian of minor, who must execute and return any required documents as noted previously in these rules and accompany the winner as his/her guest. If prize notification e-mail, or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, or prize is refused by any notified winner, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner's guests must be 18 years of age or older or be accompanied by parent/legal guardian who must be the winner. Guests (or parent/legal guardian) may be required to execute Liability/Publicity releases (except where prohibited) prior to issuance of prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prize certificates. Failure to return the affidavit and the liability/publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification may result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner. Except at Sponsor's discretion, no cash redemptions, substitutes, or transfer of prizes allowed. In case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes properly claimed will be awarded. Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winners. By accepting prize, Winner grants Sponsor, Thule, Inc., Lake Tahoe Visitor's Authority, Colorado Springs CVB, and Pennsylvania Wilds the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising, publicity and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

6. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors and Thule, Inc., Lake Tahoe Visitor's Authority, Colorado Springs CVB, and Pennsylvania Wilds and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Promotion Parties") from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize; (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorney's fees and court costs. By accepting prize, winner agrees that Promotion Parties will not be held responsible for any system damage, loss of property, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur in the receipt, awarding, use or possession of prize and/or participation in any prize related activity, including any travel related thereto. Winner acknowledges that Promotion Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants and winners agree to be bound by these rules, the decisions of Sponsor and any applicable federal, state or local laws and regulations.

7. GOVERNING LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New Mexico without regard to conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state of New Mexico.
